Good start
This app is new, so I'd assume they focussed on the most important functionality, so I would (currently) ignore anyone's review that tells you to avoid. I teat software, so in the Software Development Lifecycle Club and can understand the difference in functionality from the website. You can see and as far as I can see do the most important thing. I assume in the next year the functionality will increase.
Utterly useless
Whats the point of this app? You can’t view insights, can’t view usage, modify account details. You also can’t view available/alternate plans? Probably due to not offering any decent discounts to existing customers, only new customers can get the full discounted price. AVOID THIS APP!! AVOID THIS COMPANY
Pointless
Doesn’t even load the account. Save your time and avoid.
Just doesn’t work
Can’t even get signed in cos a server certificate problem
Buggy
Very, very slow, slower than Electric Ireland’s telephone customer care lines so pretty pointless.
Useless
Can’t see kw usage. Cant see smart meter reading or usage
Limited
Surly viewing you kWh usage like the website would be a given. 2244556777
