Elevate - Brain Training Games

Hard to understand at first but then you catch on. Great!

I’ve enjoyed this app for over 3 years now. It’s a fun way to get quick and effective brain exercise. My math skills have improved considerably. I highly recommend it (and I have to really, really appreciate an app to take the time to write a review). It’s easy to get a quick brain exercise by using their recommended selection. The interface and navigation are clear and easy to see the options and select what I want. They provide simple instructions and examples for each activity, so it’s super quick to get going. They don’t distract you with all kinds of promotions. My guess is that this app is friendly to people with ADD. For myself, I’m getting really tired of apps that have lots of visual, social, and other distractions. My only suggestions for improvement are that they don’t test you in, so you have to go through easier lessons before getting to challenging ones and the language activities are sometimes a little confusing and sometimes feel incorrect. But they seem to circle back to things like this for improvement. They seem clear on the value they want to provide and they do exactly that, which I really appreciate. It’s a great app that has made a real difference in my mental acuity.

I signed up for a 7 day trial and was billed right away. Now they’re telling me to take it up with Apple for a possible refund that could take at least 60 days. Be careful who you sign up with.

I played this game and feel after two days I learned a lot. It just is horrible you have pay money for more games and learning activities. My reasoning is because I’m a kid I don’t have money but am eager to learn. I get you need money so you can make a living but only if you could play more games by watching optional ads.

A fun way to continue learning

The game is amazing! The graphics and training help me out a lot. I just wish it wasn’t as much money and there were more lessons to do. If you need help with math or other subjects this app is probably best for you! If you like to learn this app is great as well!

Could be fun but very mis-adapted for autistic people. The music and sound effects are completely overwhelming. And the fact you have to do things so fast is really annoying. I could actually do it fast but between the visual & sound effects, I get so nervous that I make errors that I would not normally make from rushing. It’s too bad because it would be a good exercise for the mind and dexterity especially for someone like me who is aging. I wish there was a kind of game like this that wouldn’t be so ableist in making itself difficult especially for people with disabilities, like me. I guess it’s a game, not a serious exercise which explains why it’s the way it is. There needs to be a more serious version. I was going to get the subscription but the more I used it the more stressed I got so I’m giving up. I’ve been trying to just do the 3 free a day exercises but even that gets me over the edge. It’s just not enjoyable.

Every time that I’m doing nothing is for me a great and beneficial way to spend that time playing this game to get a better understanding and performing of me second language. I have been using Elevate since 2018.

I’ve been playing this game off and on for 2 years now. I notice a HUGE difference when I’m regularly playing. I’m sharper. I find playing fun too. The immediate feedback, the points, the rankings. It’s all extremely well done.

I’ve been doing this for a year now and I really enjoy it. It keeps me on my toes.
