elGrocer: UAE Grocery Delivery

The worst delivery ever. Always delaying, always mistakes in the orders. But yesterday night they just simply didn’t deliver baby food at the night which I needed a lot.

Many mistakes, delay, missing items You should improve your delivery services. Even the live chat whatever problem you have no can solve it! Just wasting rime and money

Waste of time Please don't use this application They wasted whole day and final said cannot deliver today and can deliver tomorrow only First they charged wrong and again kept me waiting. Then they cancelled saying a lie that I requested to cancel Unreliable application. Go for other applications

An absolute failure!! Away from the delays in delivering, orders get canceled on their own “system errors!!” Without notifying the customer that’d be waiting for essential items. Another incident is NOT DELIVERING and or delivering to WRONG ADDRESS!! Then it takes two days looking into it “investigating” while customer is suffering because of their teams mistake!! On a fair note the customer service chat employees are professional and attendant to chats however they’re not empowered to take any corrective actions

I've canceled my order, and despite reaching out to them multiple times for a refund, I haven't had any success.

Do not use it is just a waste of time making orders that never arrive on time. Worst customer service ever

The app is usually not updated properly with the items and their prices. The orders are almost always late and not delivered within the stated estimated delivery time. The service is very slow, the other grocery delivery apps are more efficient and faster. The customer service is also slow and most of the time cant help with the order because its with the store. The app also accepts orders regardless if the store can fulfill the order or not which is a bit deceiving.

Very very very bad experience

كانت خدمتهم شو حلاتها ، فجأة حطوا رسوم توصيل ل لأغلب المتاجر.. و الحين يرفعوا الأسعار في المتاجر نفسها مثلاً في فيفا السلعه بـ 1.5 هم حاطينها بـ1.9 .. الشي بسيط لكن يفرق مع الكميات بعدين هم اصلاً ماخذين رسوم توصيل ليش يرفعوا الأسعار و خصوصاً على المنتجات المُخفضة في المتاجر .
