I have tried to use this app on multiple occasions and it just doesn't work. I have not been able to purchase the magazine once. My advice is don't bother even trying, find another magazine with an app that actually works. This app is a waste of your time. Elle UK clearly don't care about online customers.
I cannot see the issues, they are just blank boxes! I cannot see the ones I bought in the library, just all blank boxes!!!!
I bought a 30days free trial subscription, but I couldn't find any issues, neither the latest nor the special? And how can I cancel the subscription???
Love the mag, hate the app! It's constantly crashing there are always errors in the enhanced versions (can't scroll down on many of the pages, freezing, repeated passages). Please fix this as Elle is one of my favs!

I just paid for this months magazine and after turning through 10 pages of advertising, it now crashes on me every time i try to open it. A complete waste of money.
