I cannot get my ETH to show up, the steps to manually add it by address did not work. All your bitcoin does not show up together, you have to choose the version of BTC you own (depends when you bought it) to see the value. I don't like that at all, I want to see all my BTC and ETH consolidated in my balance under each coin and the total balance of all coins combined. The experience is clunky and not intuitive at all. Needs a lot of work to be mainstream. I feel duped, reviews said it was highly rated. Stick to ledger, it's a little more but less frustrating to use. I do hope they improve.

Website for the wallet says it can store Near Protocol. Once you get the app and device, it doesnt support it. Customer service is poor and doesnt help. If they do this with just one crypto, then they probably do it with many cryptos. Stay away from Ellipal, they are not worth it. Its not worth trusting them with your money when they cant even communicate properly.

I USED to be a huge of the Ellipal but after this last update it’s absolute trash.  I bought a new one prior to doing the update because I wanted another wallet.  The setup process was utterly annoying this time around.  I no longer have a swap option and when you hit that little + button, you know the + button that would let you add and takeaway coins well now when I hit that it wants me to scan.  So now I have all the tokens that they offer and I definitely don’t use all the tokens, so now I have look for tokens because that + also let’s you organize your token how you like well it use to anyway.  Customer service is a thing of the past so I’ll be sending the new one back and invest in something else.  Ellipal took something that absolutely great and made absolutely trash.

I sent xrp from two other accounts for safe keeping.  I verified sent to correct place via other platforms.  In contacting ELLIPAL support I have not heard back at all.  Need a good place to store crypto as I already had one platform go out of business.  I sure wish there was some customer service.  Still waiting

Used the swap feature and swapped 179 ADA for Bitcoin. The receiving address auto populated some unknown address before I hit swap button. I tried it again and my BTC address was correct but the first time I have no clue where the receiving address came from or where my tokens went.

It doesn’t exist. Crypto is time sensitive stuff and their software has failed me twice now with the second time resulting me in getting hacked. The first time was a defect that should’ve been under warranty but they claimed it wasn’t. It’s been a few days since being hacked and I haven’t even got a response yet from email or Twitter. It’s a great device if there’s no software issues or you don’t need support, but if you need help don’t expect it from these people. I just lost my life savings and ELLIPAL is nowhere to be found
