Trying to use the purchased version on new tablet. Says to tap to “restore purchase” but tapping brings me to pay option. No way to contact for assistance. Will not be purchasing again because at $5+ was already a stretch. Do better!

I paid for the full version, but it doesn’t seem to download. I’ve tried on many different devices at various times (iPhone, iPad mini, iPad Air). Frustrating that it’s been about a month since I paid and still only have three letters for her to play.

Why is there pop up ads in the paid version of the app

I purchased this app for my autistic son, have had it for years, the last update was intended for 64bit only so when trying to download update it said it was incompatible with my device which is fully updated with current iOS by the way. But App Store wouldn't let me clear the push notification even after I adjusted it in my settings, so I uninstalled it with the intention of re downloading from the cloud, something I have done before. The app straight up said my device was incompatible and so I basically just threw away the money I spent. That and the price I paid for the app through the App Store was more than the currently advertised price. Clicking on app support just takes you to the sesame website where they want to show us about all the good they do in the world ie: ask for donations. I don't know what I'm going to do when my autistic son finds his favorite app gone. Please fix this considering that my iPad 4 is in the list of compatible devices.

I'm trying to download app on I-pad for my grandson. Paid for the app. But this won't download onto the IPad . The IPad has been trying to download this. App for over 3 hours now.

The free version worked! The one I paid for doesn't. It crashes all the time! I want my money back :/

Always crashes on the initial screen. I press play and it immediately crashes. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY.

How can u rate with a star if the dam APP won't download . And I was charge 4.99 for this APP I want my money back .please

Audio does not work properly so letters are not pronounced. Tracing is still not working as it did before. As many reviews have said the updates since 2014 Dec have ruined this great app. Don't download till they fix this.

At one point this was my sons favourite app. One update later it's nearly impossible to trace most of the lower case letters. Do not purchase this app until they update
