Wish it had a timer. -- Elarbee, 2025-07-07 ### *---- "Meh" Look, the only time E MDR therapy has worked for me is with a live therapist who moved a pencil rapidly back and forth, and then rapidly moved it upwards suddenly to end the session. It resulted in an instantaneous and immediate removal of my anxiety which both times was extremely severe. Miraculous. However, none of these apps seem to have any effect. They are missing the crucial upwards and away movement that provides the catalyst for the immediate effect.
