Unable to log in after the update
Those functions are loading slowly and not function after the maintenance on 9-Jun. And you need to wait for the apps login. This is not acceptable for a insurance app. If there is any urgent case need to check the details, it cannot help you.
I use the app mainly because it can show me the details of policy in real time and submit claim in a quicker way instead of calling and waiting the hotline service. I dont understand the purpose or reason of setting the waiting line queuing for the app service just like people waiting for buying concert tickets. What is the point for wasting time to wait?
Best improvement in the last year was finally being able to submit most claims electronically, thank you! Main features needed are: - Ability to submit supplementary documents through the app. They still ask for post (although unofficially seem to accept email communication). - The app’s notifications are useless as the most frequent one is announcing claim received, even though you just did it in the same app! - Claim history doesn’t show claims in progress so until it’s been formally approved or declined it’s just missing. Just move the above notifications here? - Ability to edit submitted claims Other nice to have features: - No way of seeing remaining claim allowance (e.g like the Bupa app does) - Add virtual card to Apple Wallet - Share family member’s virtual card - Option to retain (and manage) claims’ attached documents in-app as a useful archive
你們的app經常自動登出,約半年看一次醫生。上次、前次已經紀錄了face id登入,但每次要看醫生開app也說自動登出,費時麻煩,請問你們有否考慮過對用家的方便程度,減少自動登出次數?相信打開app的很多也想看醫生,頭昏腦脹,卻要苦苦找尋密碼重新登入。
垃圾app一路都登入唔到,好難以置信咁大間保險公司一個app都做唔好
The worst insurance app and total useless. Status of claim is wrong and need to call customer service to check. Unfriendly design. Never able to get the information needed from the app.Everything need to call to customer service to solve.
Always having trouble with login
Please do not include the Hicoop amount ($50) in the Claims Amount at the top. Hicoop is a cash back bonus. Why did the devs inflate the original claim amount by adding the Hicoop bonus to it? I think this is a developer mistake - it is very misleading and makes it inconvenient to track my claims. Also, where is the inpatient claim history?
