Another absolute rip off of a game just making devs rich. Every battle is rigged - play long enough and u can see what’s gonna happen - add that to 1% chances to get decent heroes ( they actually tell u that lol ) and people thst have all ready been playing fir ten years ( yes 10 ) and u can already work out ( hopefully ) this is just another money pit … if u can’t then crack in and become another mug …
Been playing this game for 4-6 months, purchased a pass and got a in game mail saying that a refund had been requested via apple whom I made the purchase via. I didn’t request a refund, upon contacting apple no refund request had been made and they said the issue was with small giant whos app it is. Upon contacting them, they then revoked 10,000 gems and all pass content costing about £200 to restore, while the pass only cost £9. After contacting them back and forth they could only reply with copy and paste replies which had nothing to do with my case or the message I sent them regarding this issue. After speaking with others, they have had similar problems, as the active player numbers for this game are dwindling then I can only assume this is a scam to try to squeeze money from people from a failing game developer. The customer service is atrocious, and either the people who’s job it is to resolve any issues can’t undesrstand English or they have a bot replying. I would avoid this game and any other games from small giant like the plague, this has obviously now become a scam game and have raised this issue along with others who have contacted me through social media to my mp.

I have had this game when it first started with only the classic heroes and limited missions. It was fun but now the game is only focused on making you spend money with horrible pulls. So many heroes now it’s impossible to be part of the game. They no longer care about the player since they are making so much money and they don’t even care about this review as the only response would be “Thank you for the review. We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the game. If you have further feedback, feel free to send it over.”
Used to be a great game but now just new ways to take your cash and give you nothing in return unless you want spend hundreds a week. Been in a group and seen it first hand. The chances of pulling good hero’s even if you pay are a joke. Greed has completely ruined what used to be great. Spend your time and cash somewhere else

I’ve been playing for. Few years. Spent some money but not gone bad. I was happy to pay £10 per month to unlock more challenge rewards. Not now, since they’ve restricted things recently. Chests gone from 12 to 24 hrs renewal. 50 gems to accelerate, even for one minute.
Was a 5 star game. Now repetitive, long cooldown times on opening reward chests and full of adverts. If you like spending money, this is the game for you.
