Zeer tevreden over de stabiliteit van de verbinding en snelheid. Eenvoudige instructie en de app neemt weinig data in beslag. Gebruik het al jaren tijdens cavanties etc. Voordeel is dat je zonder abonnement een week-pass of maand-pass kunt kopen. Betaling is anoniem en simpel te houden door te betalen met je Apple tegoed. Eén ster minder omdat er nog geen kill switch zit op de mobiele versie. Aanbevolen!

I was very happy with this VPN. Good pricing and functional. 

But since the last update I'm very disapointed. Autoconnect doesn't connect 9 out of 10 times. But my connection is blocked anyway.

Don’t wast your money on Encrypt.me the app it’s a total waste of time and money.

It worked better when it was known as known as Cloak VPN.

It might be okay if your stuck in one location, say like California but for me a world traveler it can’t secure shi*.

And support is abysmal to say the least.

Months ago I contacted support for help connecting to anything at all in Asia?

The response? NOTHING
I don’t think they even support encrypt.me any more it’s just money wasted on a useless app.

I have canceled my subscription.

Encrypt.me used to be called Cloak. Never had issues with it then. Recently the iOS app has only been giving troubles when connecting. Either it would get stuck in a reconnect/disconnect loop or it secures networks that don’t need to be secured. I’m not sure if it is a coincidence or if engineering standards dropped since the name change. Right now Encrypt me is not worth the money on iOS.

Used Cloak for years without any problems. Unfortunately after it changed to Encrypt.me it started showing very strange behavior and incompatibilty with the ios. Support seems to only provide excuses for the eratic behaviour and no solutions. I cancelled my subscription.

### ***** "Automatisch inschakelen op niet vertrouwde netwerken is de killer feature"
Ik heb meerdere VPN diensten geprobeerd.

- Qua snelheid is Encrypt.me goed maar niet uniek
- Qua aantal servers en opties is het een klein beetje beperkt
- Qua gebruiksgemak van de app is het prima
- Qua prijs is het een stuk duurder dan veel concurrenten 

Toch is dit de dienst die ik kies, om een reden: de VPN springt vanzelf aan als je verbind met een niet vertrouwd netwerk. Dus als ik op mijn werk kom heb ik VPN zonder dat ik daar iets voor hoef aan te zetten of te doen, en thuis staat hij automatisch weer uit. 

Deze optie heeft geen enkele andere app. Met andere apps vergat ik hem aan te zetten, waardoor je weinig hebt aan een VPN...
