Komplizierte App die zur Kostenfalle wird. Monatspaket gekauft aber trotzdem wurde Pay-per-Use Preis verrechnet. Support kontaktiert. Man muss Monatspaket noch aktivieren. Wieder Support kontaktiert wie ich Monatspaket kündigen kann. Aussage: Per-per-Use aktivieren. Gemacht und trotzdem wird weiterhin Monatspaket abkassiert.

Der Zugang wird und wird einfach nicht freigeschaltet. Es heisst immer activation aussehend funktioniert offenbar nicht für Schweizer.

can not change country of residence and therefore app is unusable

The app requires you to ender national ID numbers and on top of that, the authorisation failed when entering my card details. My card details worked with another Italian network app subsequently (and who didn’t require so much personal data). I deleted the app too now. Why do you need so so much personal data? When filling up with fuel, I don’t give my telephone number and ID to the cashier…

Habe mich in den Ferien auf Sizilien registriert. Ein etwas mühsames und unnötig kompliziertes Unterfangen. Günstig ist es auch nicht. Schnell, am Land, sowieso nicht. Aber es funktioniert (bis jetzt). Hoffe das bleibt auch mit der Abrechnung so…

I’m from Switzerland but actually in Spain and want to use some charger here which need this app. I downloaded the app and want to create an account. But the app always select Italy as home location, and want the tax indification number from Italy, I can’t change to Switzerland (or Spain) as location. Useless like that. Sorry but this way the change from petrol to electric cars will never work, if is so difficult to charge. Now it have charging station but we can’t use it, grate amigos!!
