Install the app,. First time registered the tag I received but later was never able to use the application to track history or check availability of stations. It either ask again and to register thr account or sometimes ask to enter code send on email. Nothing works on this application.. most probably the application development is done by very bad team or doesn’t know much about how to fix issues or make things work. 

Need to see if there any other competitors to switch to.

The service works only with a credit card, but the app does not allow to add one. Still the same after three updates!!!
As to the reply: Thank you, but I know the difference between a credit card and a debit card. The app gets stuck each time when I try to open the payment menu. I didn’t get the chance to try adding ANY card.

Apres la nouvelle mise a jour il n’est plus possible d’utiliser l’application pour activer la chargement, erreur direct. Apres appel au helpdesk ils me disent de désinstaller et reinstaller l’application chose que je fais et aussi de ne pas me connecter et passer par le mode adhoc, chose que je fais aussi, je reseigne ma carte bleu et clique sur start la page affiche que la charge est encours alors que ca ne charge pas dans ma voiture apres plusieurs tentatives rien dutout, j’appel encore le helpdesk la ils disent il y’a un probleme de connection et ils
Doivent redemarer la borne cependant ils ne peuvent pas le faire alors qu’une autre voiture est branché, et ils me demandent d’attendre que l’autre personne branchée reviennent et apres je les appelle pour qu’ils redémarrent la borne, magnifique quoi, quel amateurs, perte de temps et d’energie ouf

The app is stuck on the initial page if you own a smaller iPhone. Impossible to reach the button or scroll forward. 
Also, it doesn’t accept registration of credit card. It gets stuck during the validation process.
