For some strange reason your app switches to Chinese language and that’s really annoying and a little suspicious. Fix that asap

Needs Update 6/2024
Takes 2-3 tries to get app to actually open. Click, crash…click, crash… Needs to stay up to date along with iPhone updates. This started after the most recent iPhone update.

Terrible
Updated the app yesterday — phone is up to date — suddenly the playback function does not work. Says it’s “not available” on every camera. No way to get in touch with them either.

This app is extremely laggy and crashes. Also, why does it have to decode and load every single time? This app has great potential. Please fix NVSM7000 app works smoothly. We have to see what their secrets are. When you open it, you can view and use it instantly. Again, please fix and update.
No Brainer
Super Easy to use. I feel like Batman with my covert cameras in the ENSView app. Best part is the P2P. Multi-sensors still need to be added on the CMS (typical) yet I can record my own voice from the app for intruders. The notifications (160) were all accurate in a 24 hour period on 1 camera. 100 vehicles, 60 people. Love it
