App wasn’t designed with iPhone in mind as the screen stretches over the boarders of iPhones layout

The app doesn’t work. I have to delete & reinstall the app multiple times a day. Useless

I'm using it on an iPhone 14 Plus, but every time I receive a shift alert I have to call the manager to help me accept the shift, when the app is supposed to serve to avoid the hassle of calling the manager all the time.

I just got back in my office now

STILL no Apple Watch compatibility and the screen keeps going white and I have to completely shut it down and start again. Can we please please have an Apple Watch option soon as it would save taking my phone to the office

Does not work on my iPhone. I just get a blank screen every time.

Started new job they want me to use this but every time I sign in with my login details it boots me straight back to the login page.

I have an iPhone and this app consistently won’t open, it gets stuck on a completely white screen and I have to restart my phone or delete and reinstall the app to be able to see my shifts. This is unacceptable in my opinion as people need to be able to accept shifts and clock in on time to get paid accordingly. Please fix this issue as I need to be able to accept shifts as they’re published and I’m missing out on work because of this.

Very annoying that I have to restart my iphone every time when I want to see the shifts as certain time it will go blank Hate it.

My company just rolled this out & I have found that on a daily basis that I am constantly having to delete and reinstall the app & re-login on my iPhone as am experiencing my screen turning plain white without any option to refresh or select any of our menu options As a casual who relies on visibility of shift information there is potential to miss urgent shift fill in requests / urgent messages, as I was under the impression that the app was still running in the background, only to discover when i’ve gone in to check if any updates to my roster that the app has what can only be described as ‘timed out’ Definitely not recommended to implement until bugs ironed out
