Amazing app- so much better than my fitness pal as a tracker and the recipie library is amazing. I use it for quick and easy food finds.

Auto renewal of app in 6 monthly period without notice is not ideal. No longer use the app as lack flexibility in adjusting calories.

The new ‘upgrade’ to the app is terrible. I’ve been using Equalution for a couple years, at the start lost weight , I haven’t lost weight in over 6 months now. You spend ages swapping meals to something you might actually like only for the next time you go on for it to be reverted back to the original plan. Do not like the new app one bit the old version was way more user friendly. The staff leave plenty to be desired. Not very helpful and can get a feeling of judgment and are very short like your bothering them. Seems the more popular they get the less helpful, less understanding and unwilling to help. Dissapointed.

This service is absolutely terrible! I terminated my service back in January using this app, yet I am still being billed $177 every 3 months. It is beyond frustrating!

I have been using the app for 6 mths and have lost over 8kg’s . I love how easy it is to use to track your food for the day and all the delicious recipes. I love how you can swap out meals and the shopping list option is great. Absolutely love the new look aswell . 10/10 would definitely recommend the app.

I have had a lot of success so I don’t want this to take away from how good this idea/program is. However, I have a few irks. Firstly, the pictures. I choose recipes based on the look. So when I make my meal and realise the photo was actually really different I’m bitterly disappointed. No, it’s not my cooking skills hah. It’s the actual false images of the recipes. I don’t get it. Is it too hard to get accurate images of the meals? If there’s no onion in the recipes why are their onion pieces throughout the photo? Surely, your recipe tasting, can’t you take a pic? Secondly, it’s difficult to find some ingredients between stores and I can easily find alternatives. But sometimes the ingredient is kinda vague. The coleslaw lettuce mix. Does that mean just coleslaw or is it a blend of coleslaw and lettuce. I don’t know and I get confused. I only am writing this in hopes maybe these tiny changes could be made. But otherwise you guys are killing it and I’ve learnt so so much. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever. I put on weight by following their meals (have always been on 1500 cals, they put me onto 1800 cals and wouldn’t change me and treated me like I was stupid). I was stupid from changing from ‘move with us’ as I tried to have some tastier meals. I paid for the 6 months via Afterpay. My 6 months were up and they never sent me emails saying it was expiring, to now I am waiting for an email reply on cancelling as they went ahead and processed a payment without my knowledge and now ignoring me. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please save your money and learn from my mistake, go to ‘move with us’ because the service there is phenomenal!!!!

After multiple attempts at trying to loose weight by different methods and trying to find the motivation to actually stick to anything I tried Equalution. I can easily say that Equalution allowed me to reach my weight goal over a healthy amount of time without restricting the food I loved. The app was extremely easy to use and the recipes provided are absolutely delicious. After reaching my weight goal I have continued to adapt the healthy eating habits I learnt with this app into my daily life to help maintain my weight. I love that I was still able to go out and enjoy takeaway meals with my family and easily track what I was eating. I feel so much healthier and happier now!

Don’t get tricked on a 3 or 6 month subscription deal (still hundreds) and have it automatically renew. ALWAYS CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY UPON SIGNING UP TO SAVE YOURSELF. Equation are your usual subscription crooks, completely unforgiving and will show you no real mercy even if you haven’t been using the lack lustre product and despite multiple sign ups for no results. Basically just make sure 3/4 of your dinner plate is broccoli and carrots and you have you diet plans. I will be warning my interested friends to stay away.

Didn’t like the app and forgot to cancel. Had t used it for months and they still took $177 out of my account and wouldn’t refund even through I reached out same day. Be careful if you sign up.
