App can’t sync MR number and no personal data relate patient reports and records is being shown on the app.

There a glitch with the app. It keeps sending sms /text messages non stop.. so cumbersome// complained at helpline but of no use..

The app is meaningless in this form when it doesn’t show your MR number connected with your cnic and test results. Also a doctor appointment can’t be booked on it. Sorry it is zero

I have login using my mobile number and it is not showing my history and mr number field is also blank.

I ordered Home Nursing facility to get IV and required medicines too. After 90 mins, a guy called me and said “sir home nursing available nhe hai, mai medicine lay k aa rha.” Why would I wait for 90 mins when Medical Store is just around the corner.

After registering it tells you that it’s not available in your city.

Its a very helpful app! Its well managed when ever i book an appointment on here The eshifa agent arrives on time and does his job in a very appropriate manner! A very good app this is .
