eSky - Cheap Flights & Travel

This application is a scam just like their websites. You pay for the tickets, but your booking is left pending. You get a weird email with some booking number, but no tickets. It’s a complete scam which makes you think you’re really buying tickets. I don’t understand why these scammers are still here with all these negative reviews even from 2019 and earlier. AppStore, delete this application, stop confusing people!

I booking hotel in Moscow Hilton when I call them they say to me you not have booking I was sleeping in airport chair 8 hours to wait another fly next day I receive from my bank cut money from me when I complemented need return my money back no one answered!!! I will never use this application I hope my money return back soon.

Купил билеты за 270 тыс.руб. Списали оплату, никакого подтверждения не пришло на почту. Заказ висит в статусе «Бронирование не завершено». Телефона для оперативной связи нет, только заявка через сайт. Заявку с жалобой оставил, никто не отреагировал. Уберите приложение из AppStore - это кидалово.

Ужасное приложение!!! Специально нет отмены бронирования , чтобы деньги не возвращать! Все общение по отмене брони только по эл почте - полный бред!!!!!

Fix flight dates it very annoying

Poor services. Mostly useless site. You can buy the tickets directly on the flight companies site. Ryanair tickets for example, you can’t manage or you can’t even see on the eSky application. You just pay and after that, you have to download Ryanair app to make the online check in and everything else. Plus the eSky app don’t let you see the resumed order of yours, before you place it. This way you can’t check if all the reservation details are corect or not, how much you have to pay after you add all the extras to your ticket, so you can easily make mistakes. Mistakes that eSky will not move a finger to solve and you will have to pay extra to corect the issues. I will not use it anymore and I don’t recomand it to anybody.

They removed the flight deals feature. There is no point in using the app. You cannot see the price unless you select the exact date. And there is no way to see if the next day (for example) the flight is cheaper. For those that want to plan a trip has no functionality. I don’t know who makes these decisions!? RIP eSky, you were a good app
