Customer service.
It’s a great app and I definitely recommend it. My issue is with the customer services. I’ve had two issues I’ve asked for help on and I haven’t received a response from the InvoiceToo team in a few weeks and I’m still dealing with the issues. 1- Estimates read “sent” when they haven’t actually sent. I have to keep trying 5+times fir each estimate. I CC myself so I know wether its sent or not. 2- For the estimates that actually go through they’ll read “accepted” when the customer hasn’t approved it or seen it. I’ve looked like a fool a few times with customers looking at me puzzled while I’m thanking them for accepting the quote. I’ve asked a question before and they respond with a reasonable amount of time. I’m not sure where the hang up is this time.
