I have been facing frequent issues logging into the eToro app using Apple ID. While it occasionally lets me log in, most of the time, I cannot access my account, which is frustrating and negatively impacts my investing experience. To make matters worse, when I try to contact customer service via live chat, it requires me to log in, which is impossible due to the same login issue. I also tried reaching out via email, but I received no helpful response. This ongoing problem is highly inconvenient and needs urgent attention.

Terrible app and platform. Created account. Uploaded all the ID info. Lodged money. Kept saying a week later that my account was limited and could not trade when I wanted to buy a stock. Used their live chat to raise the issue but that’s just a bot. And told me to raise a ticket. Which I did. Went back 5 times looking for an update. Just kept getting an automated response from “Ryan” saying my issue had been referred to the “operations team”. The stock I had wanted to buy went up 35% over the week they messed me around (or just didn’t answer). Revolut had me up and running in a day. Recommend it.

Heard great things about the app. Boy was I wrong. Invested in a few things and it wouldn’t accept my ID’s as verifications. I went on the app the next day and my funds have been liquidated because I was not “verified”. All my moneys gone and no word from customer service. Stay away from it.

Yeah I scored today on the market but Etoro can make or break you. This app is cool. I like the fact its regulated and has proper watchdogs, none of that illegal trading stuff. I've had good days and bad but you've got to go with your gut and currencies rock esp the dollar and euro. These two are the financial foundations of the world!!!! Just don't get burned! I've taken hits to protect myself but all in all theres lots of dough just sitting out there waiting .... to be swooped up. Go for it! You live and learn.

This is a very good app. I love how I can take reference from other traders on the app, regardless if I am actually copytrading from them.

One thing I really wish for to make it 4 stars is to please make it available on Apple Watch. I think it will be even more convenient and accessible for us traders to keep an eye on the market with the ease of a watch’s screen.

If that is archived I will give this app a 5-star and continue actively trade on it.
