Etsy Seller: Manage Your Shop

Very good app love it

I personally love etsy but I’ve been facing this problem alot at my shop due to which I have to put my shop on vacation mode every now and then. I get spam orders with fake identities & addresses using charter net or rochester.rr emails. After I complete delivering digital files, somehow they take refunds or etsy issues refunds. This continues on daily basis & I keep emailing etsy. Sometimes they issue refund, sometimes I take the loss. I might have to close my shop because of these scams.

I have been working on etsy as a seller for quite a while now, i really love working on etsy, etsy respects & protects both buyers & seller rights, my only complain would be add video sending option in conversation with buyers so we can share unlisted stock videos easily with buyers . Etsy is didn’t concentrate on its new application issues facing by sellers ,while listing we use copy a listing option for same items ,but when you finish listing and change all details in description or title you will get back to older listing after listing completion. Old application was very easy just had problem of no video option

Far most the worst and more then worst platform for seller With out any reason they will permanently ban you take all your money and never ever listens to you Worst platform for seller ever

So frustrating!!! No order receipts or shipping labels can be printed from the app at all anymore. It says to contact Etsy support. Etsy support was zero help as their solution was “just don’t use the app, use a desktop” 🤦🏼‍♀️

Since update can’t print orders or packing slips via phone or iPad. Trying to use browser and it opens the app and of course can’t print from app so have to delete the app, use browser to print then reinstall app for other functions of app - of course can’t reach any help at Etsy either about the problem :(

We set up my shop, and less than 24 hours later it got permanently suspended for no reason. We still had to pay the fees to set it up. We’re not gonna be able to get a refund for the $30 we spent on set up. Awful app, 100% do NOT recommend.

Stupid app would not let me sign into my Etsy account I was trying to start a online business and it just kept saying no account or no shop I give it 1 star
