This product was bought after initially wanting to buy its more expensive counterpart. I’m glad I bought this instead because they do the same thing for half the price . This product literally saved me peace of mind when we transitioned our  baby into sleeping on her own in her crib. It’s alerted us in situations where her heart rate spiked or dropped which I believe contributed to saving her life. It recently was the reason we became aware that our daughter was falling ill right before she spiked a big fever. My only complaint is that every now and then it does have its glitches, and cleaning the main part can be tedious as not to get the device fully wet. However, this has been a great product

app does not properly close even when you switch to another app and turn off the screen.  you can still hear the sound from the app with everything closed and will continue to drain phone or ipad battery.

I absolutely LOVE this. My husband bought this for me when my 6month old had a horrible case of RSV, bronchiolitis and inflammation in his lung..
To say the least the EUFY baby sock put me at ease as I was able to check his levels in heart rate at anytime. THANK YOU EUFY BABY!

It gets the job done but it is kinda laggy. It takes a minute to get the pumps up on the screen and working even when the app was open. The dashboard doesn’t update with the newest pump so it is always a pump behind. I REALLY wish you could set your own pump regimen. I use the max output mode but I change the suction and speed throughout the pump but I wish I could just set all of that beforehand and then didn’t have to think about it again. The point of a hands free pump is to be able to get stuff done but every 5-10 min I’m in the app changing settings. It seems like surely they could let the user have more options to perfect their pump experience.

Ever since the latest update, the app has been using up my battery with background activity and when I minimize the app, I can still hear noise from the monitor in the background. Seems like the latest version was released with a lot of bugs!

Purchased this sock because my baby has respiratory issues and I was having to track his oxygen saturation. The base is set to alarm for heart rate irregularities but my babies o2 got to 84 sustained for two hours over night. Not a single notification from the app or alarm on the machine. That is hypoxia level oxygen saturation. Will be ordering an owlet should have known better trying to save money on something like this.

This was a surprise gift I didn’t think I would need that someone gave me after I gave my concerns with SIDs and my postpartum anxiety. It has saved my mental health tremendously. I can sleep today, and have the peace of mind knowing I’ll be alerted if something is wrong or abnormal with my baby.

I like the camera and its app for the most part. However the one thing that drives me crazy is if I leave the app and come back sometimes the camera will freeze. I then need to close and restart the app to get it working again. Apart from that annoyance, it works well and the camera is easy to control via the app.

### ***** "One of our top must have items for our infant"
I’m so happy we went with the eufy sock and monitor over the competing monitors. I’m a nurse, so it felt natural for me to monitor my baby with a pulse ox vs a respiratory monitor on the nanit. While some may say it’s overkill, it gave me peace of mind and therefore sleep when I had the worst postpartum anxiety. 

My only feedback would be for them to add a “test” alarm button on the base so you can hear a sample of what you should expect should your baby’s vitals fall outside normal parameters. It has not sounded a false alarm at all, which I was told one of the competing socks had issues with causing greater anxiety, so we are unaware of what that alarm would sound like.

I was under the impression that this app would send signals to my phone if my baby’s vital signs were critical.
The app said my baby’s heart rate was in the 70s. It never alerted my phone. Also, it doesn’t alert to low blood oxygen. 
This sock seems kind of pointless.
Do better and stop taking advantage of parents.

Eufy baby gives me peace of mind knowing I can set my baby down to play or nap without worrying. They let me know if there are any sounds or movements in the room, the temperature of the room and a lot more. I can also speak to my baby from another room via the app on my phone and play her a lullaby.

My wife’s only complain is: it’s not supported on the Apple Watch…… it would be so helpful for her if she could stop pumping using her watch vs getting on her phone every time, hopefully there will be future plans for Apple Watch for the breast pumping women

Overall I do enjoy having this product for my baby. I found a Reddit thread where several people have experienced low heart rate alarms, in the 30s, at 5am. We have also experienced this and baby was totally fine. Wondering if it’s an appt glitch or something that needs updated?

Camera is easy to set up and use, but the app is awful. It constantly crashes. I’ll be looking at the camera just fine one minute and then when I go to another phone app then back to Eufy it says it can’t connect to the camera. The only fix is deleting the app and re-downloading it. Would probably opt for a WiFi free camera next time around.

I really enjoy using the app and having the option to further control my breast pump. But it would be even better it users were able to create their own custom rhythm instead of having to use the preset ones. It’s a hassle having to switch between Stimulation and Expression every 2.5 minutes just to optimal flow for me.

My son was put on oxygen after 2 months of being off. He wore this sock every night and it always said average 95-100. Get a sleep test back from the Dr and it shows his oxygen was low 80's over 26 times in an hour. That sock NEVER told us that. That whole time his oxygen was low for months all those nights and it never gave us that info.
