Euneo: Rehab & Recovery

I’m a track and field athlete and I have calf issues and pain due to high intense training but this app is keeping me healthy and healing my body! It’s amazingly set up, professional, easy to use and convenient. I recommend this for anyone that’s dealing with pain or injuries or just wants to prevent injuries. The app reminds me to stay consistent and challenges me. My injuries have reduced and disappeared after using it. 10/10

Very good app , good diversity and quality in the exercises . Good explanation on all the exercises. Im very happy and satisfied with it and it has helped me alot on my journey towards healing my IT band syndrome.

I broke my ankle and needed surgery last summer. I had to do a lot of physical therapy the last 4-5 months. With the help of the Euneo app I had great and fast progress. This was a great way to keep track of my exercise program. I highly recommend this app to anyone. Very user friendly.

I was sceptical at first, but this app has truly changed my life. I’ve had constant pain in my lower back for several years now. After just 4 weeks using this app, I noticed significant back pain relief, and my life is so much better on a daily basis. When people say, ‘I have so much back pain’ they are really just saying, ‘I don’t have the Euneo Health app!’

Have had problems with my lower back and groin for many years playing football. After using the apps recommended rehabilitation method i slowly started getting better and after 3 weeks i feel like a changed man. Barely any problems anymore Really recomend this for young amateur athletes.
