They can cancel your flight at any time and refuse to somehow solve this problem. Recommend buying a new ticket anywhere and requesting a refund. They don't care if you have the opportunity to buy a new ticket on the same day. The customer support at the airport is terrible. I can't get through on the phone. I spent 20 euros on a phone call just waiting for the operator. Nobody answered the phone !!!

ATTENZIONE! Scandaloso fanno overbooking e ci hanno fatto pagare 30€ per poter fare il checkin in aeroporto .. volo prenotato 6 mesi prima e con tutto il resto del viaggio prenotato (hotel, auto, etc) se non pagavamo altri 30€ al desk non partivamo … l’app non permetteva il checkin e si potrva fare solo al desk ( a chi arriva primo) sono pezzenti ci sentiamo truffati! 👎 watchout OVERBOOKING!!! they don’t allow checkin in app and will ask you to che k in at the desk paying other 30€ … 20years travelling worldwide i’ve never seen a treatment lime this! 👎

Nice and easy to use app. I would appreciate the option to send a copy of the boarding pass to a selected email. Everything else is fantastic. Thanks for the nice job.
