Sometimes it works well, other times not so much. The most recent example is that I can see I have a ticket in my notifications - but can’t actually find or see it.

What a ridiculous limitation! Seriously? Why bother having an app that can only do tickets for half the events?! PLUS... the search feature is terrible. Can't search for a radius around your location, often can't find anywhere to specific the location you want to search in either. Even when you sort the search results by date, you often get random dates IN THE PAST!! in your results. Very difficult to get accurate search results... ie search for "ecstatic dance" often brings back completely unrelated results and often completely MISSES actual ecstatic dance events! So much work needed on this app...

The app is useful when it works. This last year I’ve been having issues where I search for organisers that I know exist and it shows me unrelated events, or I search with a word like “run” or “running” and it tells me there’s an error and that I’m not connected to the internet (I am, my other apps work fine). 

Installing and uninstalling sometimes works but other times I have to delete my account and reregister so it can work just for it to get buggy again
