Selling a ticket
Hi. How can I sell my ticket to a concert if the app doesn’t show the barcode but at the same time wants the barcode to sell the ticket? Is it a trap?
Cant change language
My phone is set to English, but the app is still on polish. Store page lists that the app supports english. How can i change it?
Brak fizycznego biletu
Ta aplikacja i strona to jakaś pomyłka. Kupiłam bilet i nie mam pliku z biletem. Twierdzą że można odsprzedać bilet przez fanSale ale tam trzeba podać kod kreskowy biletu, ale jak go podam jak nigdzie tego kodu nie ma? Z aplikacji można kliknąć odsprzedaj po czym dostaje komunikat że nie mogę go odsprzedać ale już dlaczego to nie powiedzą :) Tak złego UX jak na tej stronie to dawno nie widziałam.

Który mamy rok?
Bo aplikacja wygląda i działa jak w 2012. Zacina się, tragiczny UI, brak możliwości eksportu biletu do Apple Wallet. Bardzo źle.

Aplikacja to jeden wielki scam kupiłem bilet na koncert wyświetlał mi się przez pierwsze 4dni a potem znikł żadnego kodu qr nic jakbym nie zakupił w ogóle biletu nie polecam
Przekazywanie biletow
To jakas totalna porazka. Przez messengera nie dziala - link przekierowuje zupelnie gdzie indziej. Zadzialalo przez sms, ale nie na wszystkich biletach. Przy jednym bilecie link przekierowywuje do innego biletu -.- Gdybym tylko mogla kupic bilety przez inny portal, nawet gdyby byly drozsze, to pewnie bym to zrobila. Korzystanie z tej aplikacji to istny koszmar!
