Everand: Audiobooks & Ebooks

Even though i’ve paid, my account’s status is still not of a subscriber. And the support staff are also unresponsive. Just wasted some some money on this app

I reached out to them regarding the issue on the app. I already paid for the subscription but app didn’t recognize my payment. I sent them receipts and screenshots of proof of purchase and they did nothing to help me resolve the issue.

There used to only one subscription plan, which I subscribed to. Now- they created a much much more expensive subscription plan which basically made the legacy one useless - because 99% of the books I want to read are unavailable.. so basically they’re forcing legacy users to unsubscribe… and subscribe to the new one which means on top of the more expensive monthly, need to be paying for every book, unlike the legacy subscription when everything was included. Which is a scam because their ad seems to say everything’s included in the subscription. You could probably just increased the price of the all-inclusive plan… very bad customer service. And obviously with intent to defraud or scam users…

Why does there have to be a monthly reading limit??? You'll have more readership loyalty when there are no limits. It's so frustrating. Having a reading limit just makes me want to cancel my membership.

Ever since the change, it has never been the same as to what it used to be. Please make audiobooks for “Foul is Fair” by Hannah Capin and “Beautiful Little Fools” by Jillian Cantor and The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E Schwab be made available again here in Philippines. I have been waiting for literal months and my payment goes to nothing. Why are there limited audiobooks? This is beyond infuriating.

Im having a hard time placing my payment method. I have used all the cards debit and credit but they all are error. You dont send OTP through my mail cloud account. Pls fix!

This is absolutely worth it. It has bugs sometimes and it buffers which is only my pet peeve, but over-all it's still a five for me and it's affordable. And I have seen so many books that's so helpful that can help so much and so many books that I listened to,had scoped and had finished that I never knew before. Idk why this is not that famous as i thought it is. So underrated imo.💕 It's been a year since i've been using it. I just hope they bring some unavailable books back againn! I would still highly recommend !

I don’t really get the purpose of Everand. Every time I try to open any of the books I have saved, it redirects me to Scribd so what’s the use of this app???

Ive tried all the troubleshoots i still cant acess any of my downloads and bew documents!

90% of the titles I have saved and downloaded disappeared. The titles in the website are no longer best sellers and most are old titles. What happened?
