This app is so annoying. It lags hours behind actual input so useless. I’ll use the Tesla app instead.

I’ve had this system for 4 years now and it still is frequently out and my system ‘s status is not visible. Today it got worse as the chat function stopped working as well! Also the system status when it is working lags by up to an hour at times in its reporting view. It needs a lot more work. I get quite annoyed when I hear of friends who have solar systems and who’s well their online views work so well. The solution sometimes is to reload the App but I don’t see that as appropriate. Much better if it would work properly!

I bet they’ve never met their app developers. I bet they’re 20 year olds that wear shorts, WFH and Evergen have never met them. iOS app has been offline for two weeks.

A practical, multimodal app for the energy conscious and environmentally aware consumer. Provides clear picture of energy consumption, generation & storage for budget minded individual.

It a pity this app is almost a day behind in showing solar production when other providers are able to provide this functionality. Disappointing.

This app stops working all the time it is unreliable it keeps stopping.

I find the app very boring to use and that is when it is actually working. The information is confusing and not useful - this could be due the method of displaying the data. I also use another app to view by solar information and these are by far more superior and useful.

Basically it doesn't work! Screen freezes and doesn't update.
