TERRIBLE BUSINESS! I bought through this app and sure enough the car wash broke down and was out of service. I called EverWash customer support and they insisted that the car wash was functional even though I told them it was not working. Then they told me “oh but we see you scanned your app” and I said “yes but the car wash never started! It did not work, and it’s broken down” and then the out sourced Indian dude treats you like a liar no matter how much you insist that the car wash is broken down. After I didn’t back down, they gave me three extra days to use on a broken car wash! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst service ever and they charge you without you knowing and use your credit card . Make sure to cancel and Don’t use them and don’t add your card. Worst service ever. I i could I would do zero stars

The car wash is often unattended. I’ve had several instances where the car wash is not operational. The most recent occurrence was 3 days ago. There was no cones or signs that the wash was not working. The automatic bay was open and I logged in with my app and got the “Happy Washing” message. I contacted customer service. EverWash customer service tried to help operate by remote access, but was unsuccessful. Leaving the wash unattended is a problem and risky if something goes wrong.

Too many drug deals going on and if not being wrongfully targeted just a very unsafe place in general

Luckily my credit card company refunded the extra charges they took that were unauthorized and double the amount of what they should of charged. Don’t even bother with these people. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

I signed up and I noticed the charges coming out of my account however when I went to cancel it or to use the app it says account not found and the customer service says they can’t find my account even though I sent them a pic of the charges on my discover card. They first asked for the last for of the card. Then asked for the amount, then said they can’t find it. Then asked me for the account number but I don’t have on because it never worked. Customer service is PATHETIC. DO NOT SIGN UP!

My preferred wash has been out of service for 6 weeks and counting. Only the problem seems to be with EverWash; when I called the actual wash the employee said the machine is working fine, there’s just a problem with memberships. Every time I email support no one has an answer. This wouldn’t be a problem if it weren’t for the other glaring issue: your membership is only valid for that single location.

They will go to any length to avoid canceling your subscription. They are a bunch of snakes. It’s been a nightmare dealing with them. Also, the app looks like it was designed by an 8 year old.

I can’t even begin to tell you how much I’m loving this unlimited package! Best gift my girlfriend ever bought me😁💯 my dog looks forward to the ride everyday. Totally recommend!
