I downloaded this app to book my parking and it wouldn’t let me pay for parking I was staying in a hotel close to the car park and as I cannot walk far it was perfect so kept trying all evening to sort it out and I now have a parking ticket for £100 absolutely rubbish NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!

I have been issued with two parking fines at Ipswich Hospital because this app did not tell me the correct amount to pay. I won’t be using it again and wouldn’t advise anyone else to do so.

There is an option for 30 min parking period but you could not choose it. You are forced to pay for one 1 hour even if you need to park for 15 min. Forced pay. None of other parking paying apps has such limitations.

The App is not user friendly! You cannot add extra time in case you need it, basically they want for you to overpay. I was late exiting for 10 minutes as my son forgot a jacket and then got ticket! 
They send you fines all the time!!!! So the motto is overpay is the only way not to get fined. 
It’s the only parking App that I have seen that doesn’t send you reminders that your parking time is expiring or allow you to extend! 
Primitive and a mafia machine!

The app directs through to your internet app
Then says I gave all cookies blocked which I don’t & for good measure I have clicked repeat my the allow coookies 
I might have managed to pay once or 6 times or not at all, who knows

Evology is Parkingeye, an app made by them and they issue fines to you even though you pay for parking, awful company and should be in prison for fraud offences, to avoid paying for parking, just put black tape over a letter of your number plate and the cameras cannot pick you up! Do not give money to them

Just a horrible app. I agree with all the other reviewers saying similar things. Doesn’t remember your details so you have to sign in constantly. No reminders of your parking time like alternatives. Less flexible parking options compared to alternatives. Just the worst of the handful of different parking apps I’ve been forced to use.

This app demands enormous amounts of personal data simply for the function of parking my car.

It’s much simpler simply to use the car park Parking machine with Apple Pay.

No end of parking push notifications, wrong keyboard when entering numbers, painful registration even though I signed in with google, I had to re-enter all my details, no Apple Pay with guest check out, if people check out as guest that means they are in a rush, think about reducing friction and add Apple Pay, no one carries their card with them anymore. This app is awful and I wish I didn’t have to use it to pay for parking.

Followed the information on the sign in the hospital car park. 
Put credit on account then downloaded the app for apparent ease. How wrong was I. 
I’ve followed the advice that I was given on the WhatsApp chat and nothing. You fill your details in, close the app reopen it and nothing there.

Used this app a few times received fines for not paying parking despite putting in correct details the app seems to revert to previously used number plates when issuing receipts straight away sending parking fines out when checking receipt realising the number plate is for a previous vehicle absolute joke and nightmare when you actually pay for parking to keep receiving fines and having the hassle of trying to resolve it wouldn’t recommend parking in any of the car parks that use this system as it’s more hassle than it’s worth

The one think this app does is not made paying easy first tells you invalid email or unable to connect countless faults to name no way or contacting by phone nothing more then a bunch of con artist operating this to finish with it never register your personal detail so alway unable to pay avoid there parking spaces at all cost parking should be made easy put a machine to pay contactless in not everyone has a smartphone
