I want to caution new players about joining this game. While the game pattern is engaging, the experience is linked with:
1. Pay-to-progress model, making growth impossible without spending money.
2. Extremely poor customer service, with automated bot replies that disregard player concerns.
It feels like a gambling game disguised as a legitimate experience. Unfortunately, your money and time may go to waste.
To new players, I advise exercising caution and considering alternative games with better customer support."

Management is pathetic. They follow those who spend big amounts in the game. My server 1230 has bullies and racist who mentally harass everyone on the server, but the developers do nothing about it. This game is not good for your mental health. We have a group of player on our server who use different cheats and bots to play all day all night. When we complain to Customer Support, they rarely reply, and when they do, they say they find nothing. After spending my time and money in the game, this game doesn’t treat every player equally. No one should play this game.

A Disappointing Diversion: A Review of Envoy
Envoy, a game that promises so much in its flashy ads, ultimately delivers a hollow experience. The stark contrast between the advertised gameplay and the actual product is disheartening. The core gameplay loop is shallow and repetitive, lacking the depth and excitement hinted at in the promotional materials.
What's more, the game is cluttered with an overwhelming number of unnecessary features. Instead of focusing on refining the core gameplay, the developers seem more interested in bombarding players with endless distractions. From pointless mini-games to social interactions, these extraneous elements only serve to dilute the overall experience.
It's a shame to see such potential wasted on a game that prioritizes quantity over quality. Envoy is a prime example of misleading advertising and a cautionary tale for mobile gamers.
