I use Evri A LOT and is always reliable and parcels are easy to follow. The most annoying thing is the app.  Every single time you click off an item it takes literally about 20 seconds to refresh. When you have 9-10 parcels to check this is very annoying and needs fixing fast. None of the other couriers apps take this time.  Please fix!!  Also when you say 2 day delivery I think you should deliver in 2 days not 4!!  Regular occurrence…

I know it can be difficult to understand the English language but if they get the address right surely they can read the sign on my back gate. It says can all parcels be delivered to the front of my house and not thrown over by back gate/wall. I am in the house 90% of the time as I’m disabled but still they throw it over the gate in all weather, and it doesn’t matter if it is fragile so I have to return broken stuff. You try to complain by email and they say sorry your parcel is missing and check with family and neighbours. I will give you a clue the front of the house is the one with the door that has a letter box on it pass this on to your drivers, come on get your act together so you don’t have to change your name again.

Terrible App, and awful company. Can’t copy and paste anything within App, so makes contacting Evri with tracking information impossible unless you have two devices or you write the very long tracking details on a piece of paper. Have lost several parcels, so will never use them again.

I think this Evri delivery should be band from doing deliveries in uk,since they have very poor management.its either your parcel get missing or gets damaged..My first experience the parcel never got to me and this time they have emailed me that my parcel is damaged beyond repair .Just in the space of 3 months i used evri, 5 parcels 1 lost 1 damaged.

The worst delivery service ever. Completely unreliable. I would be happy to pay more if it’s not delivered by this company. It’s like 50/50 chance you receive what you order and when they claim to come. Don’t get excited if you receive notification the order is on its way. No. No when Evri delivering it. It must be embarrassing to work for them.

I like to see when my parcels are going to be delivered. But just lately the app keeps freezing on me. I’ve deleted the app then downloaded it time and time again but it still freezes. I can’t even rate my courier as it says already rated when I haven’t.  It’s getting annoying now. When I delete it I have to go through the signing in process. Come on get it sorted. Or I’m going to have to delete for good as it’s no good the way it is.
