Simple, easy to use app. I like the “reserve a charger” feature. It would be nice if it all would show the car’s battery percentage.

Came to PCYC in Dee Why as usual and found all 3 EO chargers to have been replaced with these Exploren chargers. One car was charging, but I couldn’t figure out how. Neither of the 3 stations were recognised by the app and none of them are shown on the map.

Charged my car at station 1305. Charged 2 hours (11kwh energy). Invoice me $43? It’s apartment building slow charge and you want $40 parking fee? Called customer service and the guys ask “why you not check the price before charging”. Rubbish service.

Chargers also work well with Exploren, no issues.

Really like how the App works and the QR scanning is easier than other Apps

This is so easy to use compared to all the other charging apps. I can see all the chargers ready to be used and pay directly from my phone.

This app like all these stupid charging apps is horrible. Why should I need to sign up to charge. Can’t I just tap my card and pay like I’m buying petrol. You are making the charging experience painful!

Your joking? $15 min top up fee? Hardly any chargers to use said min fee.
