I was charged 4 times for using it once. They won’t reply to my correspondence. Criminal really.

Returned the power bank walked away, only to check the app half hour later to say session ongoing, went back and moved it around another 2 slots meaning I was charged an extra half hour for the time it didn’t register. Needs better indication as to when it is returned.

Ezycharge is the best in Australia and the app shows me when I’m out and about where to find a charger close to me had saved me quite a few times on the road!

It says 7.50 an hour and I returned after half an hour to be charged the same amount if I had known this would have just waited longer

Easy to use

I’ve used this a few times now around Melbourne. Very easy to use and certainly saved me a few times. Just remember to grab one BEFORE your phone dies as you can’t rent with a fully dead battery;)

How many I have tried, I cannot log in. Could you make it sign up with gmail?

I replaced my charger after 1 hour plus use in the same place I hired it from and the counter never stopped and they keep attempting to charge my bank card.

This app has saved me time and time over. 100%recommended!! It’s so easy to use and have recommended this app to all my friends. Absolute life saver!!!
