It provides you with a simple and easy way to access information conveniently about your Faiba services, 24 hours a day.

With the Faiba app, you can do the following;

For Mobile;

CHECK BALANCE AND USAGE: View the balance in the main account and for all packages subscribed to, for your line or multiple lines

BUY AIRTIME: Recharge your line or another line easily

BUY BUNDLES: But plans for your line or another line easily

MANAGE MULTIPLE LINES: Add multiple lines for easy management

DATA MANAGER: Activate data manager to prevent browsing on your airtime

For Fixed;

VIEW STATEMENT: View your fixed account statement

VIEW INVOICE: View invoices and see if they are paid or unpaid

VIEW SERVICES: View the list of Faiba services that you have and their status i.e. active or inactive

Other services;

STORE LOCATOR: Find all Faiba shops, dealer shops and agent shops countrywide

SUPPORT: Email our support teams anytime for assistance on any issues you may be facing

1st of all, I hate that I have to text you on WhatsApp for my bundles to be activated! Can’t this be automated that I use my bundles once I’ve done the purchase?? I have to buy bundles from another provider to get to your staff. The customer service providers on WhatsApp are also very slow when it comes to responding so this is so horrible,work on this or we move to other reliable providers!

Conmen!! They asked for my location first to process my eSIM. They knew that there’s no coverage in my area but still proceeded to charge me for their eSIM. I later found out when I tried to install the eSIM but there was no signal. Nkt!!!! My 300 lost just like that!!

Imagine buying a bundle of choice only for it to come as airtime then data manager disabling itself after the update 
Trying to turn it on it turns itself back on and drains your airtime which you did not buy
Customer care services are terrible 
No compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience after this leaving people stranded.
This alone has me disappointed.
