Travelling on route lahore to jehanian. 1.15 am. 22.09.2026. Seat no. 11. Foot rest not working. Bus staff exchange my seat on complaint to seat no 08. But to utter disappointment the said seat no 08 foot rest Also out of order. What the use of buying expensive seat with foot rest when it is out of order. Total disappointment . ### *---- "Big Scammers"
I booked seat # 29 to travel on 11-06-2026 from Multan to Lahore Thokar but there was double deduction of payment for the same seat at the same time and same date .I quickly contacted the helpline but the person advised me to go to WhatsApp and request there. I submitted my claim as advised by WhatsApp Faisal Movers team . They said , repayment to your wallet will be done within 15 working days. But now after almost one month there is no response. I reminded them frequently but in vain . This happened multiple times but Faisal Movers are a money hungry people. I wish I could give them negative ranking .
