So is this an issue it says register a valid Phone number even though I’m Los Angeles with a Valid phone number, are u guys adding drivers? Or it’s an issue within the app

Shortly after creating my driver account or so I thought I was I find my self not being able to log in because apparently someone else is now logged in from another device. I’ve also made numerous attempts to contact support and developers with no response from them.
