Even after you subscribe it’s littered with ads to subscribe and buy issues. Incredibly annoying.

This is a free app download. Within the app users can purchase the current issue and back issues.
Subscriptions are also available within the application. A subscription will include access to all regular issues in the app for the duration of your subscription. Access is lost once your subscription expires.
* Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews. Your credit card will be charged for another subscription period unless you change your subscription preferences.
– The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

Great content. Horrible app.
I took advantage of their recent sale on a digital subscription. I love FC but the app is horrible. It crashes constantly and there are some pages that are not mobile friendly so I have to zoom in on sections at a time to read. Most media companies offered “reader view” in their apps 5+ years ago?!
I paid for a subscription but…
The app never remembers my subscription thru my Apple ID and does not allow me to read anything. Very very frustrating. .

App crashes immediately. Please fix.
What the? Update
Besides the terrible support (see below), the app is a joke. How do you send articles out weekly, but the app is a glorified PDF of the print magazine. Might be covering fast companies, but your approach to experience is antiquated. Update: Finally heard from support 3 MONTHS LATER. Fast Company has slow support to say the least. If you get a subscription & wanna use this app, just don’t expect help before you’re well into your subscription. Same issue as others. Signed up for a year digital subscription on the website. Confirmed email & set up account/password. Go to log into the app. Doesn’t recognize my email. Do some digging in help, and apparently you need an account number to access the app. Only problem is no account number is listed in my online profile & none sent via email. So, why aren’t these just connected automatically? I will update my review once I get access, but how is this any way to run your system?
