They’ve blocked all pro costumers
I tried to contact their costumer service team after paying to be a pro subscriber , but my emails can’t be delivered and that’s the only means to communicate with them

He is very hard of hearing and sometimes he misses what number he is supposed to press for his particular problem when he has to choose from 8 or 9 different options. He often ends up choosing the wrong one and ends up back at the beginning with all the numbers being listed to him again. He would often hang up in frustration or wait for me to do it for him. Used to be great
This app doesn’t work anymore
Doesn’t work
Purchased a week ago. Every time there’s a company I’ve tried to call, I get a message saying “ we’re doing maintenance to our server, please they later…”
Failed app and request for support
I wanted a company which was not on their list. If you pay $4.99 they will add any company you want on their list. I don’t mind paying for good programs so I went for it. When I sent it in, I had a message send failure and it would not go through. Then when I went to contact the company I had another message send failure. So as far as I’m concerned this company is not worth taking up any space in my phone. I will be canceling they iTunes with a refund request. Great idea, failed on delivery.
Doesn’t work
I get on & choose who I want to call me, for it to say there’s no wait time. However, I’m currently on the phone waiting over 10 minutes, so there’s definitely a wait time. Sounds like a good idea, though. Let me know if it ever works.

Service is unusable. An error is provided explaining that the service is unavailable due to server maintenance. Don’t bother with this app.
Support and portal broken
I signed up for premium to add a new company. I tried to add a company, which generates an email that simply bounces. Then I tried to go to their website and log in, and their customer portal is down. Ironic that their entire goal is to make customer service better and their own customer service is literally non-functional.
Scam
Spent 4.99 to upgrade to pro version but couldn’t make it work. Sent emails to customer services but emails were bounced back. How do I get my money back?
Doesn’t work
Seems cool, but it’s completely broken right now. Don’t waste your time downloading then uninstalling this app.
Stopped working a long time ago!
This is a crashed app. It’s still not fixed. Looked like not got fixed, but it’s not working. Crashes all the time.
