Fasting Tracker for long fast

I like that there is flexibility in choosing the number of days to fast and the ability to prolong it in the middle of fasting. It would also be nice to be able to set up the number of preparation/refeeding days or adjust them automatically depending on the length of the fasting stage.

Easy to use, would recommend

Been really enjoying it! It’s my first time doing a 3 day fast and I’ve found it quite helpful especially finding out how the fast is affecting my body as it goes along

Very good app, most apps dont allow u too track longer fasts but this does the job!
