Fastned - EV charging app

Chargers are great, ease of use is brilliant, app is better than most. Still quite expensive though. Paying the subscribe price p/kwh without having to pay £10 a month for the benefit would make my decision to start using Fastned very simple.

So frustrating to need an app. Massively slows down charging - you should be able to plug in, use a card or mobile and charge.

An excellent network for charging so easy to use so easy to charge so easy to pay for. It’s really good. We need more of these all over Europe

Always busy. Have to wait long time in the queue. But good place to charge. Should be more stations to go to not inaf for so many electric cars..

Accessible connectivity to a renewable every source. What more can you ask for? Coffee I hear you say? Well that’s covered too as there is a Costa coffee shop twenty steps away from the charging points. Splendid.

I am not sure what’s going on, but it is so difficult to get my payment card on the app. I have had to uninstall the app hoping for an update to solve this problem. I am on a iPhone 14 pro max, I used the app and once I loaded my card after about 20 try’s, I had to change card details and have now encountered the above issue. Any advice Fastned team. But my review in general is all positive, my charging experience especially in Europe has been wry good. Cmw
