In the Withdraw Funds section of the Payoneer app, the slider only allows selecting amounts in thousands (1000, 2000, etc.). This is a major issue for users who want to withdraw smaller or exact balances under $1000. A text input field is essential here. please fix this.

This is a bugged application and it doesn’t work at all for money transfer/transactions.
First of all application doesn’t allow to type amount for transfer instead it adds decimal and we can’t transfer anything.
Secondly if we use scroll bar for amount for transfer application closes at once.

I am wondering why the developers of this application haven’t tested transfer feature initially and then based on so many complains no one bothered to check this function.

Its impossible to transfer money or di any transactions using mobile faysal bank app.

What a bad management and administration.

If you are residing abroad, please go to your settings on your iPhone, go to general and then “language and region”. Change number format to second option (commas then Full stop). It took me a week to get this information from Faysal bank. Please make this public information for all your clients residing abroad.

I wish i can give 0 stars because this is what this bank deserves. 
I literally wrote hundreds of email to their customer care but they always send sone automated emails and templated messages. 
They have no idea about what complain is about. They just do not know anything. They are literally incompetent. 
Past 2 weeks i have been contacting them via any means possible still my issue is not resolved. 
I can not transfer money more than Pkr 99 and i can not log in to internet banking. 

Soon i will for sure close my account. 
Please do not do banking with them. Your life will be uneasier most definitely.

i don’t know who built this app for faysal bank but its really bad. Initially the app crashed every time i was trying to make a transaction then it asked me to do a biometric which was another third class feature built into this app now it says my account is pending biometric verification. I have been using this account since 2011. other banks have such good app and faysal bank is going backwards PLEASE get a different team and rebuild the app properly. its been 2 days i can not login to my account or make any transactions. I have written several emails and whatsapp live chat to find a solution and their customer support is as bad as this app there is no response from them its like they dont care. I’m serious considering moving to a different bank and I will never recommend faysal bank to anyone.

The new app design looks great, but there are quite a few bugs. The amount slider in the money transfer feature is causing the app to crash, and the field is incorrectly calculating the amount. And it’s almost 2 weeks and still no update with the fixes.

There are serious issues in transferring money. Firstly the amount doesn’t add correctly. If I add 4000 it shows only 4 and then if I try to set the amount through slider the app simply crashes every time. Basically I have been unable to send money for weeks now due to this issue.
