Har nog ingen app som är mindre användarvänlig. Lägg till det att FedEx är så oerhört svårt att boka leverans med så är det ett komplett paket värdigt 0 stjärnor, men det går tyvärr inte att ge.

Tog ledigt för att ta emot en leverans som skulle anlända mellan 10-14 idag. Jag fick inga meddelanden eller uppdateringar förrän prick klockan 14: då var leveransen uppdaterad till ”innan 18:00”.

Så fullkomligt värdelöst, och som vanligt med FedEx. T.o.m. PostNord är mer pålitliga än er. Har jag någonsin ett annat val så väljer jag aldrig FedEx, för jag *vet* att paketet inte kommer att komma fram i tid, helt, eller ibland ens överhuvudtaget. FedEx använder jag bara om jag inte för något annat val.

### *---- "Worst app and service I’ve ever used"
Even after half a day, the website and the app show completely different statuses. The delivery status page displays random statuses upon refresh, but at least there's an annoying animation to go with it.

You can request status updates via email - in 2024! The phone number validation only accepts the format used in the location where the delivery is. 

At least the app reflects the service provider behind it. My package has been circulating somewhere for days, they haven't even tried to deliver it, and I haven't received any message, even though the email regarding the failed delivery said I should have.
The current status of my package is incomprehensible - it's with a third party, on its way to me, but there is no estimated delivery time and no clear information about the assigned service provider.
There's no chance of reaching customer support; you're only able to chat with the world's dumbest chatbot about nothing. I beg you, I'd rather go to the port to pick up my package myself than ever have to use this app and FedEx's service again.

It's incredibly infuriating that I even paid for this delivery service.

App not available in your region and unable to access the app. Are you aware that you can remove the app completely from the Swedish App Store? That would have saved me some time and you from receiving this one star review. 

However a one star review for your service is more than you deserve. Delayed delivery, poor communication, and impossible to get in touch with a human. Only your virtual assistant that is unable to answer any questions about delivery. “Sorry, I did not understand. If that’s all, please take our survey”.

I would never willingly do business with you and hope that fewer companies will do so as well unless you improve to deliver a somewhat decent customer experience.
