A friend recommended your app to me, but I was very surprised when I was denied registration. Why aren’t you operating in Thailand? It’s a friendly country, including being LGBT-friendly. All dating apps work here except yours. What security issues? nonsense
Weird app. Tried to log in/ register multiply times, no success, it either says that my accounts are blocked (what accounts even!?) or that there are some errors 🙈the support sends the same messages over and over again promising that they will look into it aaaand nothing😂no updates from the support🤷🏻♀️been almost a month already.

The app is good . Members are respectful, open minded with good manners . The app is easy and fun to use

I keep getting results and likes from people in completely different regions despite my search settings being local. Fake/anonymous/faceless profiles from men are rampant and they treat it more like an app to sext on than to actually meet people on. The new profile features will pair “submissives” with submissives and “dominants” with dominants, simply because it’s an “interest in common”. It’s the most nonsensical thing they’ve done and it’s central to their new UX design.
This app seemed better than similar platforms but it’s just as bad if not more obvious about just wanting a quick buck. I decided to buy the majestic for one month to test it out but immediately after getting it there’s no people in my area. I’ve only been using the app for 4 days and have had majestic for less than a day, I also live between three heavily populated cities. Truth behold every time I close the app and reopen it, it’ll show me one-three more people in my area. Like and dislike those people and again tells me “no one’s in your area”. Close the app reopen it more people pop up in my area.
My account stopped working after I paid for the monthly subscription as if my account had been banned, tried to reach out to customer service and the robot said they don’t offer refund for cancelled accounts. Zero support from customer service!
update: I see y’all updated the app yet we still can’t filter by sexuality. PLEASE LET US FILTER BY SEXUALITY, so tired of sorting thru straight and bi people and men, such a waste of time >:( I really want to love this app, it has a better selection than some of the other apps but it is not lesbian friendly. I’m mostly scrolling thru straight/bi/bi-curious people or MF couples. it would be **SO** easy to put a sexuality filter on it, you already have the data, so I could filter to gay/lesbian, sooo tired of seeing men, bi women and especially MF couple accounts. turns it into a waste of time.
