I wasn’t expecting much, as I was on a previous health app which starts with an M. They changed their services and became quite expensive. Hard to reach people on. I checked out Felix on a whim, because I needed adjustment on healthcare. I used the free first visit promo I was offered, and was told it would likely be 24-48 hours before someone responded to me. However, someone contacted me literally within 10 minutes! I was NOT expecting it to be that fast. I was able to get adjustments to my health regime, and get wonderful advice within all of 20 minutes. The doctor was wonderful and very kind towards any advice or changes needed. Thank you Dr Van Camp, and thank you Felix!
