I don't think I've ever left a review before, but this game is so AWESOME that I had to, the level of thought put into the calls and the different units and stuff is just incredible. Love the game.

Experience the excitement of an emergency call dispatcher at your finger tips! Create your own dispatch center and choose where in the world your fire and police stations are placed, using real life maps. You want to create the emergency system of your city? Or would you prefer to build a huge fire station right next to the Tower of London? The choice is yours!
First you start with a fire station and a Water Ladder or a Light 4X4 Pump (L4P). Afterwards you can expand your emergency system any way you want. Add more specialist vehicles like HazMat Units, Rescue Support Units (RSU) or ICCUs (Incident Command and Control Unit), or build up your police force with Dog Support Units (DSU) and Armed Response Vehicle (ARV) units - or all of the above to cover all emergency calls!
The game allows for vast customisation, so all stations and vehicles can be named. Some specialised vehicles need trained personnel, so you can set up training courses and assign educated personnel to specific vehicles. Advanced players can use helicopters (HEMS) to get to the most urgent emergencies quickly!
If you enjoy teamwork then help friends by joining or creating an alliance. You can share jobs to help each other out as well as allow friends to take patients to your hospital or prison. The more units you have will boost your call amount too, increasing the challenges you face. Remember, some calls will require different types of units to be sent so ensure your fleet is up-to-date!
This game was developed by a real firefighter. So it was always important to have realistic emergency missions with realistic demands for vehicles - from small missions like a burning car to big ones like a building collapse - all on real life maps!
Naturally a lot of our players are also firefighters, police officers or ambulance drivers in their real lives. For fans of emergency, blue light systems this is the perfect game!

This game has 0 ads and isn’t bad, I personally like it and will continue playing it.
Best game!
I love the game, honestly I’ve binged played it for the last two months and it’s honestly one of the best games I’ve played. Definitely recommend it, I do have a idea though that may be a little help. Developers of this game obviously you guys should add a animal control for the police department as that would be cool to get animal control calls! Either way I love the game ❤️
Dispatch issues
I am unable to dispavh 2 units of mine due to peronnel issues and training issues according to the game. I find this odd because they are starter units that are maxed out on personnel
Stupid game
I don’t like this game it’s the stupid game I never played like i thought it would give you all the resources for your game and like free items and stuff like that so you can start building and play the game but no you have buy it so I think of this game is stupid
Amazing Game
This game is Wonderful, very fun and easy to learn, I recommend.
Location location location
Tried to play this game. Used to love it. Been over a year since I played, and when I downloaded it to my ipad, for some reason it thinks I’m in the United Kingdom, when I’m actually in Canada. Not sure why this is, or how to fix it, but until I can, I gotta clear up the real estate in my storage :/
I can’t login.
On some devices, it will make you logout and every time I try to log back in it would refresh the game. Not allowing me to login. I love the game but every time I want to play it I have to make a new Email and create a new account.
Rescue engines
This game is amazing, I play it every single day and work on my alliance but there is one issue. The rescue engines and Quints unlock at captain which takes a very long time to get to. I think the price for the vehicle should be doubled but the rank be lowered to lieutenant. That’s all, thanks!
