Tickets zonder NMBS code!
Gisteren tickets besteld voor het evenement bubble planet te Brussel. Wij willen met de trein reizen naar dit evenement. Ze maken reclame dat wanneer je naar die evenement gaat, je een NMBS code ontvangt bij het aankopen van de tickets. Nooit geen NMBS code ontvangen! Meermaals naar hen gebeld. Zogezegd krijg je binnen de 24uur een NMBS Code! Nooit geen NMBS code ontvangen! Men zegt aan de telefoon als u geen code hebt ontvangen voor 23u mag u ons mailen en sturen wij u zelf een code door! Tot op heden heb ik na het versturen van mijn mail nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen van FEVER!!!

J'ai acheté des billets via le web et constaté que Feverup ignore totalement la réglementation européenne en matière de consentement: - demande votre e-mail pour vous envoyer les billets et crée un compte basé sur cet e-mail sans vous vous le demander ou vous en informer au préalable, - envoie directement des e-mails marketing dans avoir demandé ou reçu votre consentement libre et explicite pour se faire, ce qui est illégal, - ces e-mails marketing ne contiennent aucun lien de desinscription, ce qui est aussi illégal. J'ai du installer l'app juste pour supprimer ce compte dont je ne voulais pas, car il n'y a pas moyen de le supprimer via le web. Société qui n'a visiblement que faire du respect des lois et des clients...
