And not even answering my question on their inconsistencies (I was able to move the same ticket the first time 30min before the event via the app, and the second time, it wasn’t possible via Customer service)

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Fever. My husband and I had booked an experience but were unable to attend due to falling unexpectedly ill with a high fever on the morning of the event. When we reached out to Fever’s customer service to request a rescheduling, they were completely unhelpful.

Instead of offering any form of solution or compromise, they simply repeated the Terms and Conditions, stating no refunds or exchanges. While we understand policies are in place for a reason, this situation was beyond our control. It feels incredibly unfair to be penalised for something like illness, which no one can predict or prevent.

Their complete lack of flexibility and empathy is shocking. It’s clear they don’t value their customers or care about their experiences beyond the point of payment. I would advise anyone considering booking through Fever to think twice, as they clearly prioritise rigid policies over customer satisfaction. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I will not be using their services again.

It’s been 5 days trying to resolve a ticket issue worth almost $300 on this app. We have booked tickets for our daughter’s birthday with her friends and when we accidentally changed our timings on one ticket, our other tickets say “cancelled”. Basically we paid for 8 tickets and now we only have 1. 7 tickets say “cancelled”. We raised this up through their customer service 5 days ago and they keep saying they have created a voucher in the app for the offset amount, and we keep sending screenshot evidence that there is no vouchers showing up in our app and asking for a solution to our problem. After 3 days of this voucher circus we have requested for a refund more than 72h before our booking date. It’s been 48h of them dodging our calls, messages, and email requests for a refund. We don’t have tickets, received no vouchers, and no refund for our 7 cancelled tickets — at which point does this become deliberate theft from Fever? They say this has been escalated, but we get the same scripted emails that a voucher has been made in the app (it never has). On the phone they keep saying it will be resolved within 24h for almost a week now. I’ve asked for a refund if this problem cannot be resolved through their app vouchers. Now they have hung up on my calls, ignore my emails, and the chat in the app is just me asking for an update and no one responds. This feels very much like a scam, and I’m surprised nothing can be done about it. Fever has stolen $300 and nothing can be done about it.. I hope this review warns people before they use the Fever app.

Login via Apple ID doesn’t work, it stays at the log in option page and when I choose to login using Apple ID again, a generic error pops up: “Something went wrong please try again.” Then I tried logging in via email with OTP. It says wrong OTP. I tried it twice. 

Fever Support wrote back, “ Please reach out through the app for further assistance so we can help resolve this."

This brings back the memories of “Keyboard not found, press any key to continue”.

Had a v bad experience with the support people. Cos bought 2 tickets in one transaction, as no one in their right frame of mind would buy 2 tickets separately, but in the end my friend couldn’t join me so requested for refund for one of the tickets and website said I could request up to 48 hours and I did, support ppl took 1 day to reply me and keep stating terms and conditions don’t allow them to do partial refund. So people if want to buy bulk and pay together think twice as these people are really rigid and inflexible. Asked to speak to management to no avail … will not recommend people to buy through fever. It’s the people that make up the rules.. rules are dead and people are alive.. so now my $88+ is hanging in limbo due to this inflexible rigid people. They said want to exchange voucher which meant I had to buy another ticket to go again with my friend if we rescheduled.. and why would I want to do that?

I bought the ticket several months ago, but did not receive my e-ticket even on the event date itself. I have checked through my email, spam, and on the app but found nothing. The acknowledgement email stated that e-ticket will be sent to me in another email,  but I haven’t receive from them again. I called the customer hotline but he hung up my call abruptly without addressing my concern. When I wrote an email for enquiry, they took awhile to finally send me the e-ticket but the event has already been over by the time I receive the e-ticket. Therefore, I paid for nothing.

The one incentive to even use this application was the cash back feature and after making multiple purchases I had a decent amount of cash back available to use. Of which to my dismay when I decide to make another purchase, my cash back balance was $0. Understand that it changed to a point system but shouldn’t we get points equivalent to our prior purchases? 

Yes they sent email to notify, which ended up in my junk this I wasn’t even aware of this. Was so excited to using the cash back for a great deal but alas customer service just said they emailed .. END OF STORY. Couldn’t even offer anything.

They have misleading descriptions to make the customers buy a ticket and when i called in to confirm if the particular activity of bungee jumping included they confirmed it is without verifying!! Guess what happened after I purchased the ticket, the bungee jumping is not included and they denied me saying it’s non refundable!!! 

Please make your staff responsible for the wrong information delivered and i want MY MONEY BACK!!

I am disappointed with their handling of the covid affected reservations. I had reschedule my reservation for the van gogh exhibition due to being tested positive for covid and was given an electronic VIP voucher for rescheduling the event. However, I was charged an additional $5 booking fee. This was not made clear to me when I had called to inform them about my covid status then. If I had known that the rescheduling will require additional booking fee, I would have gladly attended on the original date despite being covid positive.

Update:
After writing in, they refunded due to force majeure. While I got the refund, this should not have happened in the first place if their customer service had been more careful in their assessment. I would have been charged if I didn't write in.

### *---- "Too many nag screens & app is trying to capitalized in FOMO"
Every screen I navigate to is interrupted with incessant nag tooltips and persuasive messages begging me to enable notification. Also, when clicking on the target event the interface is clearly predatory, with a huge button asking me to “get it now before it’s gone” on a random date with low remaining tickets. Seriously, how hard can it be to present the calendar upfront instead of endless bait-buttons of “GET IT NOW FOR SOME RANDOM DATE”??? Also, why is it impossible to have a basket option so resident and tourist tickets can be booked and paid for in one go???
