Can not see the charge level and can not start charging from the app. Complaint to the dealer, but nothing happens. Been like this since summer. Tried to delete the app and redownload again. Tried everything. -- goggen 2, 2024-11-11 ### ***-- "Ok, but can be better" 2 crucial functions for any electric car is missing from the app, setting up charge level and time schedule for pre heating or cooling. Both functions has to be done manually. Stopping charging at 80% is important both for the battery and your wallet, as a speed charger will cost a lot between 80-100%. Pre heating can be set in the car, not convinient if you have to change your schedule. -- Kris!9, 2024-09-26 ### **--- "Not good" You don’t get notifications to your phone like but you get them just email, which is so outdated that i couldn’t believe that things like that still exist. Also if you turn on preheating of your car the heating icon doesn’t change so you don’t know is it working or not which is also very weird.
