A calculator that is easily accessible would be extra nice. On bill pay, if there was a way to change the date/amount you’re going to send without deleting and re-entering the information. Perhaps, there is a way and I just haven’t figured it out.

Making payments for a HELOC through this app is awful. Not intuitive and, despite already being logged in, you have to perform a 2 step authorization to make a payment that is very easy to miss.

It works

On the bill pay site, there should be more identification for multiple accounts. My husband and I each have Kohl’s credit cards but since the account numbers are not identified well, I have paid the wrong acct several times. The same applies for the two Chase acts we have… need to show the last few digits of the account numbers so I don’t pay the wrong acct again. If I open the fidelity site on my computer, it works but I would rather be able to access the information easier from my phone.

Easy to use and like that it lists balance.

I like the accounts are at the top and easy to access.

I really love this app it has all of the features I need in just a swipe of my thumb. I really like mobile deposit feature.

This app saves me so much time and energy and gas money

So so app. Not easy for making payments and transferring funds, which is kind of the point of having it all together.
