## Fieldy Description
Turn conversations into clear summaries, searchable transcripts and next steps with Fieldy, your AI note taker.

A useful conversation should leave you with more than a long transcript. Fieldy helps you find the decisions, remember the details and follow through on what you agreed, from team meetings and client conversations to interviews and everyday plans.

Capture conversations with Fieldy's desktop app or a Fieldy wearable (sold separately), then review your notes on iPhone. Recording directly on iPhone is not yet available.

START WITH THE SUMMARY
Get the key points without rereading every word. Generate a summary of a conversation and choose a format that fits the discussion, whether you need meeting minutes, a client recap or a concise overview.
- Review important topics and decisions.
- Keep the summary alongside the original transcript.
- Return to the details whenever you need more context.

TURN TALK INTO ACTION
Keep follow-up tasks connected to the conversation they came from. Review deadlines, check what needs doing and mark tasks complete as you go. Before your next meeting, look back at the commitments instead of piecing them together from memory.

FIND WHAT WAS SAID
Browse and search your saved conversations. Open a transcript to revisit the discussion, with speaker labels to help you follow who said what. Use the summary for the overview and the transcript when the details matter.

ASK YOUR NOTES
Ask questions about a conversation in Fieldy instead of scanning the whole transcript. Find a decision, revisit a requirement or check the next step.
- What did we agree about the launch?
- Which requirements did the client mention?
- What do I need to follow up on?
AI-generated answers and transcripts can contain mistakes. Check important details before relying on them.

SHARE THE CONTEXT
Once you've generated a summary, send a conversation link so a colleague can read the summary and transcript in a browser. They don't need the app to read it. Anyone with the link can open that conversation, so share it thoughtfully.

Use Make Private to turn the link off again. Sharing one conversation does not give the recipient access to the rest of your account.

TAKE YOUR NOTES FURTHER
Copy a transcript or export a file for your documents, project notes and follow-up emails. Keep useful details in the workflow you already use, without retyping the discussion.

Connect Fieldy to ChatGPT, Claude or another compatible AI assistant to work with your conversations there. Draft a follow-up, prepare for your next meeting or turn a discussion into a document. You choose which tools to connect.

### ***** "Perfect for my needs"
This app is fantastic for my lack of memory. I have tested this out at one meeting to date and I was surprised to find a list of to do’s that were extracted. These to do’s also synced with Reminders and the reminders appeared in my iOS calendar. Can’t wait to keep using to find more features like sharing and transcription.

The last few updates have shown remarkable improvement to the UI and usability of the app. Loving my compass RN. I find the automated tasks based on conversation very useful. I think the transcription needs some more work and the AI needs to be trained on foreign accents (Australian mainly because we talk strange).
